Recent Projects
Here's just a small sampling of the recent projects Roofmasters Christchurch have completed.
Seamless Membrane Projects
Kaikoura Appartments
Roofmasters completed emergency repairs, formed a repair strategy to be completed in allocated time allotment that suited the client the best. Prepared and installed grey seamless membrane @ 1.5 mm minimum thickness to 800 m2
Blenheim Historic Building
Roof has heavy leaking in multiple places and being a historic building is subject to special maintenance conditions.
Queenstown Apartment Block
The roof design was causing a lot of movement in the structure putting continuous pressure on the roof membrane causing splitting and leaks.
Cardrona Ski
For 15 years, the lack of slope on container roofs and numerous joints and rivets have caused persistent leaks. The solution involved cleaning the roofs, applying a specialised silicone primer, and installing a 1.5mm thick gray seamless membrane over 500m² of roof surface.
Coolstore Upgrade
The whole roof was cleaned then a seamless membrane at 1.5mm was applied across the entire 462m2 roof.
District Health Board
One of our District Health Boards Buildings desperately needed restoring. Using One-coat membrane this project was completed on time with no disruption to the health organisation.
Energy Centre
A roof in terrible condition needed an immediate solution. Major holes were restored then a new Seamless Membrane in 2.0mm thickness was applied.
Milford Sound Lodge
A lodge in the Milford Sound urgently needed its leaking roof repaired. Instead of replacing the roof, they opted for a short-term restoration solution.
Roof Restoration
A local Brewery Building desperately needed restoring. Using One-coat membrane this project was completed on time with no disruption to the business.
